For us to have life
Eternal life
Comfort
It all comes down to comfort

How much comfort am I willing to give up for the kingdom of God?

When hungry
When cold
When poor
When imprisoned
When mistreated

Comfort
A silent killer
A full stomach
A warm bed
A place to live
Money in the bank
Travels

Oh the comforts of life

Lord help me
To stand
When asked to choose between
Eternal life and comfort

Dear Lord, help our brothers and sisters who are being persecuted for their faith. Help them to stand strong in the face of terrible persecution. May you grace and peace flood their hearts. Their reward is grand. In Jesus name, amen.
