Dear Lord, heal our land.

Heal our land

…Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

God’s will here on earth is

Justice

Righteousness

Mercy and kindness

Humble fellowship with Him

Oh Lord we pray for justice

For those who have been treated unfairly

Because of their background, skin color or economic situation

Before You oh Lord we are all equal

Forgive us for how we have treated our neighbor

We have not loved our neighbor as ourselves.

We have killed and stolen from them.

Forgive us Lord and heal our land.

We have not walked in righteousness

We have justified unrighteousness

Yet you call us to be holy as you are holy

Cleans us with Your precious blood Lord Jesus

We have not shown kindness to our neighbor

Through social media we tear each other apart

You have shown us mercy, but we have not shown mercy to our neighbor

We have been unkind with our words and actions

Yet you require mercy

Surely this is a better world when we show kindness to each other

We have neglected prayer and fellowship with You dear Holy Spirit

We welcome You in our lives

No restrictions

Fill us and walk wih us

We cannot make it on our own

So we humble ourselves and invite You Lord Jesus in our lives

We open the door of our hearts

Come in and eat with us and fellowship with us

In the secret place where we find rest and comfort

In Jesus name we pray, Amen
