When I am afraid
When I am anxious
When I am confused
When I am hurt
When I am disappointed
When I feel rejected
When I simply don’t fit in
When people misunderstand me
When people talk about me behind my back
Christ is my peace
When I need to say something
When I need to do something
Forgive
Be reconciled
Humble myself
Put God first in my life
Christ is my peace
When the journey seems long
No end in sight
Danger signs everywhere
The only solid ground is Jesus
When everything around me rattles, shakes or changes
Christ is my peace
When faced with
Loss
Grief
Betrayal
Deception
Christ is my peace
He is
A rock
A friend
A savior
A redeemer
An advocate
A place where I can hide in times of danger
The prince of peace
