She sees love
For the first time
She feels accepted not judged
She is forgiven
She sees her saviour
She feels peace, like she had never felt before
He smiles
A genuine smile, no hidden agenda
Just love, pure love
The Son of God
She hears His voice
Calling out to her
“Child, I love you.”
Tears
Streaming down her face
His feet are wet from her tears
She must dry them
She dries them with her hair
What a mess!
She cannot not stop the tears from flowing
She kisses His feet, trying to pull herself together
He loves her
He is going to die for her
Her saviour
Her redeemer
The oil
Expensive, sweet smelling oil
But it is worth it
She pours out not only the oil on Him
But her love, her heart
“Child, your sins are forgiven, go in peace.”
Amazing love
His presence has drawn her close
She is in the presence of the almighty God
This is her saviour
Her Lord
Her redeemer
The Son of God
Oh His beautiful presence.
