By the still waters

You lead me by the still waters

When I am tired

Afraid

Burdened

By the things of this life

There by the streams of water

Where all these worries are washed away

Come away my child

Come away to a quiet place

Lay down these burdens

At My feet and surrender

The heavy loads you carry

Are not yours to bear

By the still waters

Be still and know that I am God

I lift up my eyes

In only one person do I find hope and help

My hand in His I will walk with Him

By the streams of the fresh waters

By His waterfalls

Where all my worries are washed away

And all my fears disappear

In His love

Jesus Jesus Jesus

Beside the still waters

I find peace

Your peace given freely

For all who will come

My child

Be still, is there anything too difficult for me?

Seek Me and you will surely find Me

I am always with you my child

Open the door to your heart

Let Me in

And find rest for your soul

Find rest in Me

I come my God and my Lord

I surrender all to You

In trust I will let You lead me

By the still waters

You restore my soul
