The beauty of knowing Jesus
His eyes
He saw me in my sin and still loved me
He says, “Look and see what I see before judging people, see how lost they are”
He ears
He heard my cry when I cried out to Him
He says, “Listen, and hear the cries of those in bondage, I hear their cry and I will set them free.”
His hands
Nail pierced and out stretched, tears fill my eyes as I look at His hands
He says to the lost, “Come home, come home my children.”
His feet
Oh His beautiful feet, ready to spread the good news. His kingdom has come.
He says, “Blessed are the feet of those that bring the good news.”
His heart
The most beautiful heart, filled with love for people, love for the lost.
To us He says, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
The beauty of knowing Jesus.
Oh how He changed me.
