Genesis 29:35
She conceived again
And when she gave birth to a son she said this time I will praise the Lord
So she named him Judah then she stopped having children

I choose to give to God what is in my hands my all
He will recompense
He will restore
He can be trusted
He has done this before
Praise only to him who makes my all more than enough

Wonderful poem. It goes hand in hand with the sermon I heard in church yesterday. Confirmation!

Scripture allegedly gives guidance if not exact answers. But the scripture response has created so many scholars and denominational groups and theology seems nothing anwers anything but opens even more doors and rabbit holes in which to fall. I had a huge ppersonal library and two degrees on this stuff. Dumped them all except for a few dozen books and my religion now is don’t be the source of anyone’s misfortune and help who or where you can in some reasonable way. I think that’s all I have to know now.
