Wishing that things would be “perfect”

Wishing that things will be as I imagine them to be.

Yet you were  here the whole time Watching over me
Protecting me

I paid no attention
I was busy chasing
Phantoms Things unreal I should have given you the time I am going to give you the time
You deserve
You never left
A rock
A fortress

You are real
You waited
Patiently, for me to come back home
