Every now and then

Every now and then I find myself letting go

of that which I cannot control

that which I cannot understand

that which  I cannot fix

Every now and then I find myself letting go and letting God

learning to trust

resting in his everlasting arms

Every now and then I find myself forgiving

all things are working together for my good.

Every now and then I realise  I am growing

I am not the same person I was

I trust him more and more

Every now and then…
