Hoping for the best
That things will work out
Making changes
Shifting things around
In the hope
That things will improve
Parphaps get better
Moving away
Moving in
Transitions
Decisions
All while not knowing for certain
As is the burden of man… Not knowing
Yet still
In the hope
That things will get better
Hope
Hope drives us
To keep going
Keep doing
Keep at it
Hope… No guarantees
Yet there is one thing that is guaranteed
Sealed with blood
A promise, a covenant
A life of eternity with Christ
All I must do is believe and receive
This hope cannot be disappointed
