Life

Life is in the blood

As I walk by

Something catches my attention

I see blood everywhere

What is going on?

Whose blood is this?

Who did this?

What a horrible scene!

I smell death everywhere

Limbs and body parts everywhere

Tossed all over the place

Wait!

I look closer, it is worse than I could have ever imagined

Torn up bodies everywhere

Babies

Horror! I am filled with horror, shock and deep sadness

For the loss of these lives

If Abel’s blood cried out

What about of these little ones

That have been killed

For different reasons

Considered an inconvenience, a burden…

Justice

This must stop

A cry for mercy

Father have mercy on us

Help us

Forgive us

Jesus we need you
