You weigh hearts
Should You weigh mine
May it weigh more than vapor
I pray that in my heart a seed you will sow
As seasons change and You pass by looking expectantly
May the seed have begun to sprout
When You come looking for fruit
May you find some in me, not as the fig tree that looked promising on the outside
But had nothing to offer on the inside
In the deep
Where You call out
From the place of many waters enough to refresh, restore and satisfy our souls
Your heart calling out to mine
Deep calling upon deep
Come let us sit together
Let us eat together
Let us get to know each other
Let us reason together
Know Me my child, as I know you
The treasure in the deep
You come into my house- my life
You give me a clean heart
You pour Your very life in me
Your very presence poured out in a mortal being
As was with the with Ark of the Covenant
My body but a tent
Yet I carry a treasure
The presence of the Almighty God
the greatest treasure, for which my Jesus paid
A price so high, His body torn just as the curtains in the temple
So that my heart may be forever joined with Yours
“How beautiful are your tents, Jacob, your dwelling places, Israel!” Numbers 24:5
Oh that this I may grasp, and give You honor
The impossible made possible
By a God so great and precious
Whose love overrides time and space
That He would want to dwell in me
His love overriding time and space

Psalm 42:7 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
Deep calls to deep at the sound of Your waterfalls;
All Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me.
Psalm 51:6 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
Behold, You desire truth in the innermost being,
And in the hidden part You will make me know wisdom.
Beautiful! “Oh that this I may grasp, and give You honor…” Amen!
